Process Overview

 We will evaluate your hard drive for $50 after which we will contact you with the probability of recovery information, and if possible we will provide you a list of files. This process takes 5 to 7 business days to perform. If we are able to recover the files, the $50 fee is deducted from the total charge at the end of the job. Our typical price for Hard Drive Data recovery is $1000 per each drive plus parts if necessary. This is 1/2 what most Companies charge.

Evaluation of your drive

  There is a high probability of recovering the data from your drive using the techniques that we employ. We have many years in the industry and have a 96% success rate. We have highly specialized equipment in our lab and we make our main focus getting your data.

How we differ from the many other recovery companies out there

 We don’t concentrate on getting the windows system folders or any unnecessary data during your recovery as some other companies do. This way we have a better chance of getting just the data you need, the reason for this is that the longer a broken drive is being accessed the better the chance of it failing for good and then becoming completely unrecoverable. We just concentrate on the data you need such as: My Documents, Email-Address book, Internet browsing favorites, any files or folders you need on the root of the directory or your Desktop and any specialized software databases like QuickBooks or Quicken etc. etc.

 If you would like to have us do the evaluation then please print and fill out the forms below and send them in with your drive so that we have your contact information when your drive arrives. We will contact you promptly as soon as we have a listing of all the files to be recovered.

COSTS:

Desktop/Laptop IDE/SATA Drives

 We charge approximately $800 for an IDE/SATA hard drive recovery. The only additional charge is if parts are necessary. Some drives need to be repaired before any recovery can take place and this is usually a minimal charge just to find the proper parts and do the repairs to retrieve the data from the drive. We will let you know if it is necessary to obtain parts after our evaluation. This cost will be included in the overall price of the recovery.

RAID0 or RAID5

 If you have a Raid array that needs to be recovered our rate is $800 per each drive in the array. This is also based on the number of drives and the size of the array. Recovering Raid Array’s are much more difficult and require much greater expertise and quantities of space to recover to, and demand a lot of additional time to perform the recovery. We will need all the drives in the Array to properly rebuild and retrieve your data as well as repair any broken drive that may exist in the array. We will contact you after the evaluation and the details and pricing of your recovery will be discussed.

USB/Other

Our evaluation fee is $50 on other types of media but our pricing is different on repair and recovery of USB and other memory devices due to the fact that these devices are so different in how they work and are repaired and differ essentially from the normal methods of standard types of recovery. The average price for rebuilding a USB memory stick or other memory devices is around $200 depending on the type of damage but this is not a fixed price. We will contact you after the evaluation to discuss the details of your recovery.
